Focus Meditation 29: Freewriting #DoMagick

Meditation Title: More Freewriting!

Technique: Ever since completing The Artists Way Workshop, I have found morning pages (basically a daily freewriting practice) to be an extra beneficial type of meditation that I’ve added to my daily practice. I usually spend thirty minutes on it. The idea behind it is you put pen to paper and just write streaming consciousness type thoughts. You can do this in a more directed manner, by picking a topic or keyword, or any other type of prompt, and using that to write about for thirty minutes.

My Meditation: Today I decided I’m going to meditate on things that fulfill me spiritually and emotionally. Feel free to choose your own topic!

Meditation Resources: This is a repeat – spiritual spiritual writing prompts that would make good meditations, or that could inspire your own! https://writingthroughlife.com/7-journaling-prompts-for-exploring-spirituality/

Thoughts: Today’s meditation gave me some great ideas about things I’d like to try and experiment with. All in all, a productive 30 minutes.
