Castles!!! #throwbackthursday

Everyone loves pictures of castles!

15 years ago, my husband and I did a touristy trip to Southern England. I don’t have a proper scanner for our photos, but with the wonders of modern technology (aka my phone), I took pictures of our pictures and turned them into a photo gallery to share with my readers.  This is probably why they’re blurry and there are some shiny bits and strange tricks of light in the pictures. Sorry about that. It was a fun trip and we spent a lot of time touring castles, climbing up onto turrets and challenging my fear of heights. If it weren’t for the exhausting 24 hours of travel and jet lag, I would go to Ireland and England more often just because I love them both. I’d like to go to Scotland at some point, too. Perhaps next week I’ll post a gallery of my trip to Ireland in 1998.
