Day 30: Grand Finale #domagick

Ladies and Gentleman – I bring you the grand finale of my #domagick challenge for March. Again, I want to point out that one of the hardest parts of this entire experience was finding time to sit down and write my blog posts each day. While I’ve discovered I enjoy writing about magick, I might need to slow down on magick posts in April. I’ll try for anywhere from 1-4 posts.  Let’s start with that and move on, time allowing, of course.

So this morning I woke up feeling pretty good. Did my invocations to both Ashtaroth and Bathin right after morning offerings and prayer (or the opening of my temple as I generally call it). There is a calming effect that comes with invoking both of these Daemonic forces. It’s that strong sense of knowing exactly what you want, and being completely in control. Even when there is chaos afoot.

When I was finished I brought the laptop out to the living room (my office is still a freezer) and did a bunch of administrative chores I let go for a week or two.  I need to be careful about that. The little things can add up into a pile of work before you know it. My email box is almost clean again. I say almost because the second I clean it out, it starts filling up again.

I once had a stranger whine at me, “I don’t think you’re as popular as you would have everyone think you are.”

To that I say: “Please tell that to my inbox. Seriously. Do. Because there are days I would love to be unknown again.”

LOL   No, I don’t mind the email. I love hearing from readers and I don’t mind answering questions about my books or directing people toward the information they’re looking for (if I am able to).  It’s just that sometimes the inbox overwhelms. Since I only have my assistant for limited time every month (PA’s are necessary, but pricey), I still have to sift through a lot of the email I get myself. I need more full-time Frank. 🙂

That said, I’m back on track with the schedule again, so that has made me happy. This afternoon I went to visit with my friend, Connie. For 3-4 hours every Thursday afternoon I’m going to grab the laptop and hang out over at her place. See, my friend has cancer and she’s in hospice care at the moment, which sucks, of course. I want to spend time with her while I still can. The older you get the more you realize how valuable friendship and relationships are over everything else. Or at least that’s the conclusion I’ve come to. Anyway – when she’s resting, I can get some writing in over there, and since my laptop won’t be connected to social media or anything like that, I might find I get more words in.

So once I got home, I checked on my roast, then sat down for more to-do’s for the day, including getting that 30K I wrote last weekend delegated to the correct files. April is going to be an editing month and it all has to be ready to go.

I spent the afternoon doing that plus catching up with all the readings I was behind on, and by the time 9pm rolled around, I was ready for my nightly chakra balancing, plus I decided to do some Ascension work with Sorath and one of my new experimental magick models. That was rather enlightening. I will be sharing some of that work, as it’s going on, with my Patreon supporters, so if that’s something you’re interested in, check it out. (One must support at the $3 a month level to see those goodies. Higher level supporters get more goodies including rough drafts of entire books, monthy tarot readings, monthly mailed goodies, or they get to see articles and stories not yet published.)

I think last night’s post pretty much sums up my #domagick experience this month. It’s still a work in progress, though admittedly I feel MUCH closer and more comfortable moving toward that Sorath work now that I know how to deal with my own self-sabotage.  The work is definitely manifesting.

I hope you all have enjoyed the March 30 day #domagick challenge!

In the comments, feel free to let me know what topics you’d love to see me blog about in the future! I will try to keep up with the Magick posts!

This was really inspiring. I try to post weekly on my blog, and then several months later I am like damn lol. What happened? I have 2 so I really slack off. I am trying these scheduled posts and so far they are working good. I find it keeps my held responsible for all that I need to do and I would feel bad lying about it lol.

You know me, anything Daemonic related, hands on artifacts making, path workings, and anything divination related. Other than that, I just look forward to anything and everything you post.
