Day Four: Meditation Challenge #DoMagick

This morning I didn’t have time to meditate before work since I woke up a bit late. So instead, I waited until I got to the office, closed my door, and managed thirty-five minutes of focusing on what needed to get done today. I got a lot done, of course. Kind of in a cranky mood today and not wanting to deal with people at all, so I left the office door closed all day. That’s my signal to the world to go away, and it was well received. No one bothered me. lol

I ran some errands after work and spent the evening working on magical items and putting together a solid grocery list. ::sigh:: Maybe tomorrow, aside from having to pick up groceries, I can focus on getting some writing done. Oh – and as usual, the USPS website was down all day and the lines at the post office were out the door and around the block.  Only when I have shit to mail. SO INFURIATING.  Seriously — this shouldn’t be hard at all. Millions of online vendors and stores function just fine around the holidays. Why can’t the USPS?

So tonight I stopped at the post office to clean out my PO box. Luckily, in my car I had some Lucifuge oleum, so I snagged it and went in and anointed the god-damned place so the USPS could remove their obstacles and operate with more efficiency so that myself, and others, could get their shit done. Then I invoked Lucifuge into the post office. About that time some old guy wandered in and gave me a funny look before heading to his PO box to pick up mail. Yeah – it’s probably on camera, and if anyone asks about it – I’ll fucking tell them. They’re so shitty at their jobs they needed some Daemonic intervention. Could I have worked with a different, more fitting Daemon? Probably. But sometimes you have to improvise and work with what you’ve got. Now to figure out how to enchant their fucking website so the damned thing works when you need it to. I think they should start by firing their incompetent software team.

Oh wait- I’ve veered off meditation. Oh well, that shit’s not riveting blogging fodder anyway.  On to day five!
