Great Halloween Reads!!!

booksI write a lot of horror, paranormal, and thrillers by virtue of my nature. I have also written my fair share on the topic of necromancy. What a better time of year than October to recommend some of my scarier books (or necromantic reads for those into my NF) to readers who want something to read this Halloween/Samhain/Day of the Dead

If you are looking for something both spooky and sexy with hot sex and creepy atmosphere, check out my erotic horror shorts The Rite and Wolf (free all October 2014 long at Smashwords and other select retailers). DOM359 will leave you wondering if you locked the door and whether your stalker has your address. If you’re into otherworldly spirits, don’t miss Her Demon Lover, because as everyone knows, Demons don’t use safe words. Finally, enter the dungeons of Black Lily where the sex is hot, the relationships are real, and the ghosts are active.

On the occult paranormal fiction end of the spectrum, check out A Rising Damp, the story of a young woman faced with using ancient magic to flee a demon.  In Rising Darkness, Elizabeth Tanner is back, this time investigating a house haunted by the vengeful spirit of a Satanic priest. For a more realistic scare, read Samuel, a cautionary tale (based on a true story) about spirit boards and the horrors that can come from them. Also available on B&N and Amazon. For a lighter fair, join Liz Tanner in an OTS series short, Sunny Satan Arizona (coming soon at B&N and Kobo – on Smashwords also!), where Liz and Mike help her home town Sheriff’s department track down a band of dabbling Satanists in the heart of the desert.

If non-fiction occult is your cup of tea, this month is ripe for necromancy. Check out mynecroad2 trilogy of Daemonolatry based necromantic texts sure to inspire and refresh your practice. Honoring Death, Necromantic Sacraments, and Keys of Ocat.

Check out my flash fiction Bones on Quarter Reads. (Note that flash-fiction is intentionally short, usually not over 500 words.)
