Meditation Title: Yoga – for Invigoration/Energy
Technique: Seriously, take a yoga class or follow along with some videos. It’s pretty easy to follow. If you are worried you need modified yoga – search for modified yoga poses and have blocks and straps ready to help you out.
My Meditation: I am going to be lame and do a video! I love Rodney Yee. He is amazing. One thing — just remember that this is focus meditation. So while you’re doing the sequence — focus on DOING THE SEQUENCE and the movement of your body and breath.
