Meditation Title: Chakra for Energy
Technique: When it comes to chakra balancing, you should be able to focus on each particular chakra and its color in order to clear, activate, or use that chakra energy. In the video example below, it will give you a solid idea/visual on what to focus on.
My Meditation: I am going to do 5 minutes on each of the 7 main chakras – clearing and activation.
Meditation Resources: I will sometimes use this particular video for chakra balancing if I have little time, but I need a good balance/energize combo. It only takes 10 minutes. Try it.
Thoughts: I usually do chakra balancing at night just because it’s too relaxing, but with clearing and activation, that doesn’t seem to make me as tired. I feel really focused and I’m hoping I can carry this focus throughout my day. So how are YOU doing with your challenge? Have you been doing your daily meditation?
