Meditation Title: Bellows Breath
Technique: Yes – MORE Pranayama! I know. I’m on a roll this week with the breathing meditations. Just one more though… This one is called Bellows Breath. It’s very similar to
Sit tall, breathe in through your nose, extending your abdomen, then exhale forcefully through your nose. Push the breath out with your abdomen for one second per breath until you need to breath in again (which should happen naturally as you relax). You may sound like a panting dog.
My Meditation: I will do 15 minutes of stretching and move into half lotus. I will do 5 minutes of bellow’s breath, and 10 minutes of quiet reflection on focused breathing.

Thoughts: Very energizing today. I don’t have much else to say here. This really helped to charge me up this morning.
