Summer Update #writinglife #thirteencovens #whateverelse #DoMagick

So first thing’s first. My June DoMagick challenge was a success, but I just need to take pictures of my hand written journal entries, upload them, and make a post out of it. Sorry I didn’t blog all June but I was damn busy and when it comes to choosing between daily blogging or daily writing on my projects, the projects will always win out since that’s what pays the bills.

In News:  As Anne O’Connell I sold a funny little short story I wrote to a satire anthology. My story is called: Cocky Habits: A Catholic Chicken-Shifter Romance.  Total made on that – $5 an hour. LOL Totally worth it though. It was fun to write and gave me a giggle. The anthology is Cocky Tales and should be up for pre-order soon. Link forthcoming any day now.

OTS #5 is still being written. Temple of Dagon has been started. Intherited Djinn is in the works. I am still working on Preeminent Curse. In August I should be shifting to editing and releasing Temple of Dagon and OTS and writing Dalliances with Demons #3. September should see the release of that one, and then I’ll be working hard and heavy on Inherited Djinn, All Djinn the Family, and Of Kith & Djinn. Those will be releasing the first part of next year. I have other projects I’ll be slipping in there. I still need to convert my Seven Lustful Sins tales to Anne O’Connell. I have the final stories in that series ready to go into editing, I just haven’t gotten there yet. 🙁  When they’re ready to go I’ll pull the individual stories off the market, rebrand as Anne, and put the entire collection out there. If I do nothing else well, I write fantastic, kinky ecclesiastical erotic romance (if that’s a thing). HAHA  My favorite is Monk Menage.  A few of the others are just twisted and disturbing. Leaning more toward erotic horror. Anyway…

That’s about it for now. I have two months prep time before the next convention I’m teaching at (Colorado Gold), and then Mile Hi Con and I’m done with events for 2018 (minus the planning for Comic Con 2019).   Actually, I’m still debating Mile Hi Con.  If I do go this year, it will be for Saturday only, and only if I can get on an interesting panel or two. I was going to share a table space with a friend, but I’m not sure it’s worth the 45-60 minute drive each way.  Still debating. Also, if the weather is shitty, I won’t even attempt the drive.
