Day 5: Sun Salutations #DoMagick

I did nine sun salutations yesterday and then went to bed. Long story short – it was payroll and end of month at the day job. When you work in accounting, that basically means chaos. So you’re trying to do payroll while simultaneously help customers with invoices, and answer questions about the outgoing billing. It didn’t help that Monday was a holiday.

That said, the yoga helped me relax and eventually sleep.  No profound insights or anything. Just some needed movement and relaxation.  🙂
