Magick

Day 6: Goals and Strategy #DoMagick

Got up, did my normal morning routine – opened the temple, left offerings, said prayers.  Had my coffee. Checked my email and carefully chose the items that needed to be dealt with immediately. Left the rest for later (at least two hours worth of email in there).

I moved back into my office and just left the door open so I wouldn’t be frozen out of there. Seriously – come winter I’m installing a heater and just keeping the vent closed in summer. I can put on a sweater if I need to in summer. I really don’t know how my bedroom (across the hall) can be hot in the summer, and my office, even with the vent closed, can be the coldest. Of course in the winter, both rooms are freezing. But we have a heater in the bedroom. Anyway – enough pondering on the ambient temperature of my office. LOL

Started out thinking I would start with some editing, but decided to work on Thirteen Covens instead.  Started The Watch incident File for the back of the compilation book. 1000 words done there. Worked on Ba’al Collective, which is one of the longer stories so far, weighing in at almost 20K.  I started out hating this coven, but have decided that I love Garrett and Mary and the new relationship between them. She grew a lot during this story.

I managed about 2000 words plus some promo stuff for this Sunday’s online event.  So that’s not bad for follow through. I have decided that Thursday I’ll work the first spell.
