Day 1 – #domagick

So yes, I am posting a day late for March 1, 2017, but I did do the work. Just didn’t find time to write it up yesterday. Not enough spoons you know? But you’ll see why in a minute.

I started the work with a basic sigil launching meditation just to throw my intention out into the world.  I started with Ashtaroth, visualized her sigil blazing yellow and orange until it envoloped me. Then I launched it outward into the world. I moved to Bathin after about ten minutes and did the same thing. All the while – I kept my mind focused on my intent — to destroy my self-sabotaging habits.  Total – I spent twenty minutes in meditation before work yesterday.

I was hoping that establishing my intent before I got my day started would turn it toward the positive and help me get a lot accomplished, but that wasn’t the case. Yesterday turned out to be busy, harrowing, and by the end of it I was frazzled and exhausted and to be honest, I was wondering if the sigil launch did much of anything at all.

Of course I also know that some magick takes more time to manifest. So I am hoping the regular sigil meditations will pack more of a punch further into the work.
