Writing Music

Some people don’t listen to music when they write. For me it depends. Sometimes I like music, sometimes I don’t. Here is a selection of the music on my current writing playlist.

Love me some Hollywood Undead for those times I have to deal with assholes. This one is for the haters. The entire song heralds my sentiments exactly (except with writing instead of music).  LOL! Also, please note that I’m not in the habit of calling anyone “faggot”. The song could do without that. But otherwise – yeah.

Of course whenever I am writing paranormal, the theme song to Suspiria by Goblin always comes up. Suspiria is one of my all time favorite horror films.

I wish I could find Leather Strip’s “Face the Fire” off of their Self Inflicted album. That one is rather inspiring.

Of course none of my playlists would be complete without Iced Earth. Plagues of Babylon and Cthulhu are my two new favorites off the Plagues of Babylon album.

And for friends who wonder about my inspiration for *Dead Man’s Knock*…  A little Rage with Hand of Glory. lol
