A More Upbeat Post

Hilly said my last post was far too dark and disturbing. Of course I’m dark and disturbing (or so I’m told) so what do you expect? Ha! 🙂  I’m really excited about this weekend. A lot of exciting spring things are going on. ::Greenhouse!::  Now chances are it won’t be built in time to put anything in it right away, but I am suspecting it will be up by September so I can keep my tomatoes going and start a crop of lettuce, beets, radishes and other cool weather veggies in October. Oh yeah – that’s right. I might just be a gardening fool well into November. Yay!

In other news – CHC is coming out in the next week. It really is, I just don’t know an exact date. Lulu paperback and hardcover first, then Amazon, Nook, then Barnes & Noble, then Expanded Distribution. I don’t know about Kindle. Everyone keeps asking me about eBooks for the more graphic-table intensive books. Nook probably won’t be a huge issue – but Kindle is. Still working on it. I don’t know if CHC is going to translate to Kindle well. I’ll try it. I’d just rather not sell an inferior formatted product. ::shrug::

Anyway, enough of that. I’ve been writing my eyes out on OTS, but I had to rip a scene and rewrite (it was awful, trust me). LOL! Writing is rewriting, as we writers often say.  Overall, I’m really in high spirits today and in a great mood. Lots of plans this weekend. Busy, busy!  Off I go.

Oh – and one last thing — you can now subscribe to this blog via email using the link to the right! It takes a few seconds. That way you get notification of posts in your inBox. It’s a nice alternative to bookmarking the site and having to remember to visit every few weeks or so to see what’s new. Though I warn you now – I write pretty regularly.
