Happy Spring!

Busy weekend! Got all the taxes delivered to our accountant. Did some more writing. Found some surprises in the yard! I found a patch of lily out front (that have never bloomed before),  and garlic and onions from last year’s failed experiment. Ha! Last time I did shallots same thing happened. I didn’t have shallots the year I planted, but the following year I did.

I also got a great deal done on my new NF. So much material I’ve been having a hard time deciding what to include and what to leave out. It never occurred to me I had collected so much information on the subject over the years. Ha! Lots of stuff in Latin that I’ve been trying to translate and that I’ve been learning is grammatically wrong, which tells me people who were never taught Latin are actually the ones writing these incantationsand it also leads me to believe many of them are modern creations rather than anything old. I don’t use Latin in my own spell or ritual work. If I use any foreign words whatsoever it’s Enochian or Enns, and probably incompetently so. The only language other than English that I can speak with any proficiency is German (3 years in High School, 1 year in College). Heh.  A lot of good that does me. My life doesn’t call for me to speak German on a regular basis. 🙂

Enough of my tangent. Supermoon brought me  pre-Mercury Retrograde fun early, so with any luck I can sit back and relax through the coming retrograde.  ::crosses fingers:: I really will be getting back to the OTS stuff soon. I swear. Though I’m thinking we’re looking at a mid-summer release instead of the Spring/Summer release at this point. We’ll see. Depends what my editor’s schedule looks like.
