Dear Health Fiends,
I gave up red meat, eggs, bad fats, bacon, whole milk and normal cheese. I no longer drink soda. I started exercising. I got sugar out of my diet and I eliminated anything with HFCS (i.e. disguised as Corn Sugars). I stay away from Aspartame. I eat organics as much as I can. I’ve switched to foods without a lot of additives. I’ve given up milk chocolate in favor of dark chocolate and I eat a lot less of it now. I eat my 5-7 servings of veggies and fruits (bleh!) a day. I rarely drink unless on special occasions and even then, I only drink one alcoholic beverage. I even cut calories, quit smoking and did I mention started doing the exercise thing? Oh yeah, I did.
But if you people think I’m giving up my coffee or tea (i.e. caffeine) you can all bite my beautiful, voluptuous ass.

I am sorry…it sounds like you have given up the entire food pyramid. Are you sure that you are not going to starve to death? After all, a person cannot live on coffee alone.
LOL! Well, I do occassionally cheat. I actually did, at one point, live on caffiene, sinus pills, cigarettes, and one meal a day back in my 20's and I had an awesome bod. Then I got married, discovered television, quit smoking, got off the sinus meds with the speed in it, started eating three squares a day and I gained 65 pounds. Even eating stuff good for me and getting exercise I'm still 65 pounds overweight. LOL! So basically – I traded one set of health problems for another. You just can't win. 🙂
