My Meditation: The mindfulness poses of last time were almost too relaxing for a morning meditation practice. And I don’t want to try a calming practice. I need something invigorating. So today I’m going to do some Sun Salutations.

Thoughts: I did 20 minutes of Sun Salutations and ten minutes of regular meditation. Very energizing.
