So I am debating what to do for the next #DoMagick. Apparently this next one is to try a new-to-you technique (magickally speaking) for the entire month. I’m considering meditation/energy work. The problem is that after 33 years of practicing magick – very little is “new” to me. So I may just revisit a technique that I may have not given a fair shake. Who knows – I may find more value in it now than I did when I initially tried it. It’s always good to make sure one hasn’t thrown the baby out with the bath water. I had originally considered using the Lenormand cards (since that’s a new-to-me divination system), but I’ve been playing with them for a month already, so it’s no longer “new” and that would be cheating.
Energy or meditation work would easily fit into my existing practice and likely won’t cause me nearly as much fuss during a busy month. Regardless what is happening in my life, I meditate every single day. It’s my sanity enhancer. LOL
That said still debating on specific techniques. Perhaps I’ll combine some qigong with yoga and breathing exercises.
