Day 13 – Duh! #DoMagick

Remember this?

Foundational Sigil of Sorath

Guess what this dumb shit forgot to incorporate into the base foundation of the Sorath model?  Uh huh.

It’s fixed now (fixed it last night before meditation), but I’m still leaving the model unassembled until the 20th. In the meantime, hopefully the cats won’t climb on the altar and say, “Oooh! Hooman left us toys!”  Cute furry little fuckers.

Anyway – guess what happened when I fixed it? That sense of dread and anxiety vanished within 20 minutes, and everyone’s mood (in my household) improved dramatically. Everyone woke up on the right side of the bed this morning, too!  smh  This is why experimentation with magick can be dangerous and you have to constantly be thinking, feeling, noting, recording what’s going on and adjusting.  And it helps if you are experienced enough to know how to fix things. This is why there are so many warnings attached to magick. If you’re not careful – it will burn you (and potentially those around you).

At this point I know a great deal more about the model.  To actually follow my experiments with the model after I consecrate and charge it (and to read more of my observations) check out my Patreon.

I guess the Sorath work ended up being a bigger part of the enchantment + for #domagick than I originally intended. You can’t run, you can’t hide – from Sorath. LOL

Today’s Tarot: Two of Wands — The power of choice and the advice to begin planning.  So tonight I sat down and planned my Thursday and wiped off a couple more of those annoying to-dos off my list. One that I almost forgot! I am feeling a bit better about things now that some of the little things are off the list. I really need to practice not sweating the small stuff more often. I get too worked up over small shit sometimes. Of course, you can’t ignore the administrative work….

That’s it for now. Off to meditate and plan my next course of action in this challenge. Most of the work has been internal, with a lot of crossing things off the to-do list.
