A Malkuth of Me,  thoughts

I’m Thankful For…

Today is Thanksgiving and so it’s the perfect time to write a post about the things I’m thankful for. And there’s just SO MUCH to be thankful for. Here is a list of things I’m thankful for in no particular order. They’re all equally important.

I am thankful for my husband. He’s my best friend. He’s always supportive and even puts up with the cats.  He is the best husband a woman could wish for. Not to mention mine likes to cook, helps me clean, and even does laundry.

I am thankful for my family. How many people get to work with their family and enjoy them at the same time? I love them completely and they have always been supportive of all my creative endeavors.

I am thankful for my friends who are wonderful. They’re brilliant, creative, quirky, eccentric, intelligent, and beautiful people who bring a great deal of joy and light into my life.

I am thankful for my readers because stories are meant to be shared and information is meant to be shared. Nothing beats having an appreciative audience who enjoys your work.

I am thankful for my own good health. Good health is nothing to sneeze at. I have some family and friends struggling with chronic illnesses and I pray every day that they are healing and free from pain.

I am thankful my husband and I have weathered this recession well. Not everyone has.

I am thankful for me and my husband’s current situation where we can both work from home and spend more time together.

I am thankful both our kitties are happy and healthy. Since we have no kids, the cats are it.

And finally,  I’m thankful that all our plants are doing well. I know this seems silly – but the plants are part of the ecosystem that makes up our home. Some of them provide food, all of them provide oxygen, and they all provide enjoyment.
