More Publication Schedule Changes
It appears as though Into Darkness is now slated for an October release. With small press the publishing schedule can be a fickle thing. Thirteen Covens has been shoved back to 2012 (no definitive month or season even). This is probably a good thing considering I don’t want to feel rushed. My editor and I have even talked about October 2012 for Thirteen Covens. We don’t know about that yet. As soon as we figure it out I’ll announce it.
This is both one of the good and bad things about small press. The schedule is flexible enough to allow an author to take the time they need to complete a manuscript, but release dates can also depend on editors and their schedules, too.
For Anne O’Connell titles, no changes to the schedule there. You can still expect Switched around January/February 2012, and some novelettes and short stories in between. S. Connolly titles are not currently postponed either.
And we’re still planning on the final book in the Sorcerers’ Twilight series (S. J. Reisner) for Summer 2012. Okay, now I really need to get back to work. Happy reading and stay out of trouble! 🙂
